Memories from 2007 and 2013 of the Sunday School Christmas play, and the Jessie Tree Service . At the Jessie Tree Service in Advent 2013 the youth learned about the special ornaments on the tree.
Jesse tree ornaments are special symbols used during Advent to count down the days to Christmas. The children learned that each daily ornament represented a story from the Bible, starting with creation and tracing Jesus’ family tree from the Old Testament up to his birth.
