Owned by brothers Ronald (Ronnie) and Charles (Charlie) Lines it was in operation from 1955-1988 and catered to many Bermuda families who became like family. The Household Department was managed by Ronnie and Charlie’s mother Dora Lines (also known as Momma Lines) and their sister Phylis (Madge) Lindo. Charlie was very involved with horse racing in Bermuda, owning and training several horses along with his father Deeb Saad (who owned a Dry Goods Store, Predecessor of the Lines Bros. Store).
