I chose this photo because it reminds me of when my mom and I found four tiny gecko eggs while cleaning a community garden shed. I built them a home, and two hatched. When I set them free, they kept coming back and soon, more geckos started appearing too. It’s like they spread the word that my house was a safe, welcoming place. This photo represents Bermuda’s wildlife and life’s connection.
