Story Release and Permission
In addition to publishing your story on this website and preserving your story in our digital collections, National Museum of Bermuda occasionally shares stories more widely for educational purposes and to connect to themes and time periods.
Story Release Form:
I understand that I own my own image and story (“Story Materials”). I grant the National Museum of Bermuda permission to use all and/or part of my Story Materials on a strictly non-commercial basis, unless provided by separate agreement. Such use may include but is not limited to: seminars, trainings, and conferences; or screening the Story Materials in educational or community settings. In addition I allow the National Museum of Bermuda to use my Story Materials specifically for promotional uses for non-commercial distribution. I understand that I have the right to rescind this permission any time, recognizing the limitations of removing digital materials from online forms of distribution. I confirm that my participation in the Bermuda Family Scrapbook was completely voluntary. I release the National Museum of Bermuda from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, relating in any way to the project.
