This photo was taken at Spittal Pond off the normal trail. Herons are typical birds that are seen around Bermuda. The interaction with this specific bird was unusual as it was looking directly at me. The photo is engaging for the viewer as it represents how animals and humans can be curious about each other. It is very therapeutic to be immersed in nature and I appreciated this experience.
