How can I book in advance?

Admission tickets can be purchased online via our website: www.nmb.bm and at the Ticket Office (until 4pm).

How far in advance of visiting do I need to buy a ticket?

You can purchase tickets day of but buying online may allow you to skip long lines on very busy days at the Museum.

As a Member, do I have to buy a ticket?

As a Member you are entitled to unlimited free entry to the Museum.

How do tickets work when booking online?

If you book online you will receive an e-mail confirmation which contains your receipt. Please bring this email with you to gain entry on the day. You can print the receipt out or display on your mobile device.

Am I able to exchange or refund my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for Museum admission on a different day of the same week for which you have purchased your tickets. Please note: in order to change your visit day, contact us at info@nmb.bm or 441-234-1333
